US Open 2020: India’s Divij Sharan and his Serbian companion Nikola Cacic exited the Grand Slam early soon after defeat in the men’s doubles initial round on Wednesday.

India’s 2nd-ranked men’s doubles player Divij Sharan and Nikola Cacic of Serbia exited the US Open in the initial round on Wednesday. The Indo-Serbian pair misplaced four-six, six-three, three-six towards 8th seeds Nikola Mektic and Wesley Koolhof.

Divij Sharan, ranked 58 on ATP doubles charts, and Nikola Cacic created a bad get started, shedding the opening set but stormed back to win the 2nd and force a decider.
