The adviser to the President of Ukraine, Mikhailo Podoliak, has encrypted in “between 10,000 and 13,000” the number of Ukrainian soldiers killed as a result of the Russian invasion, after the President of the European Commission, Ursula von der Leyen, put this figure at around 100,000. Thus, he has stressed that “there are more casualties due to the wounded” and has stressed that the figures given by Von der Leyen are erroneous. “It’s obvious, that’s why they deleted the video and withdrew those figures,” Podoliak said, adding that the number of civilian deaths is much higher than the 20,000 mentioned by the president of the European Commission.
