New Delhi: The Supreme Court on Wednesday ordered for a CBI investigation in late actor Sushant Singh Rajput’s death situation – a judgement which was welcomed by people today from all walks of existence.
Sushant Singh Rajput’s father KK Singh has launched a statement clarifying ‘only lawyers’ authorised to signify the loved ones. The statement go through: ” It is also produced clear that only I and my daughters comprise the loved ones of Sushant and we have authorized Mr Varun Singh (SKV Law Offices. Business, as our Advocate and by way of him Mr Vikas Singh, Sr. Advocate, to signify the loved ones. Any other individual claiming himself to be the loved ones member does not have my consent.”
The apex court in its judgement mentioned that the FIR filed in Patna was proper and the Bihar government is competent ample to transfer the situation to CBI for investigation. It has also ordered the Maharashtra government to aid CBI in the probe because this is a court-ordered CBI investigation.
