Jason Momoa's 'Aquaman 2' to be more relevant


Los Angeles: Filmmaker James Wan is functioning on expanding the planet of Jason Momoa-starrer “Aquaman”, and says the 2nd chapter will come with additional significant and pertinent tones.

“I am fired up to proceed the journeys of our heroes… and to increase on the planet with #two,” Wan mentioned in the course of a panel discussion at DC FanDome.

“I believe the 2nd 1 is a tiny bit additional significant, a tiny bit additional pertinent to the planet we’re residing in these days. I believe which is wherever it desires to go,” he additional.

Whilst Jason Momoa missed the virtual occasion, Wan met up with actor Patrick Wilson, who played King Orm, to speak about the film.

Taking a character from the DC Extended Universe, “Aquaman” traces the origins of how half-human, half-Atlantean Arthur Curry (Momoa) embraces his identity as the superhero. Along with a heart-warming tale of family members and appreciate, the movie also focuses on a pertinent message – marine pollution.

Wilson expressed his want to “some new worlds” in the 2nd aspect, and mentioned: “I would like to see some of that. I would like to see wherever else we can go… there is a good deal of unexplored ocean.”

“I can completely assure you new worlds in this following 1,” Wan promised.

“Aquaman two” also stars Amber Heard and Yahya Abdul-Mateen II. It is slated to open in December 2022.
