Bollywood Twitterati getting Y+ security, TMC MP Mahua Moitra raises question over MHA's decision

Trinamool Congress MP Mahua Moitra on Monday (September seven) slammed the Centre’s determination to give Y+ protection to Bollywood actress Kangana Ranaut, who has been tweeting towards Shiv Sena-led coalition government in Maharashtra more than Sushant Singh Rajput’s death. 

Moitra known as Kangana a “Bollywood Twitterati” and asked why is she acquiring protection when India has a police-to-population ratio of 138 per lakh.

“Why are Bollywood twitterati acquiring Y+ protection when India has a police-to-population ratio of 138 per lakh and ranks 5th lowest globally between 71 nations?  No far better use of assets, Mister House Minister?” she tweeted.

On Monday, the Ministry of House Affairs (MHA) had stated that Kangana will be supplied Y+ protection cover and a crew of eleven policemen will get care of her protection. Reacting to the MHA’s determination, Kangana has thanked Union House Minister Amit Shah. 

“This is evidence that no fascist forces will be ready to suppress nationalist voices. I am indebted to Amit Shah, who could have also asked me to take a look at Mumbai later on looking at the current circumstance, but he honoured the phrases of a daughter of this nation. Jai Hind,” she tweeted.

Kangana sparked a controversy soon after she lately in contrast Mumbai to Pakistan-occupied Kashmir (PoK). The feedback did no go down properly with Shiv Sena leaders. Kangana created the statement soon after she was warned by Shiv Sena MP Kangana Ranaut towards returning to Mumbai.

Kangana has been focusing on a number of huge Bollywood celebrities for fanning nepotism and lately in the drug conspiracy relevant to Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput situation.
