Arbaaz Khan, Sohail Khan booked for violating COVID-19 norms


Mumbai: An FIR has been lodged towards Bollywood actors Arbaaz Khan and Sohail Khan for violating COVID-19 norms on Monday (January four, 2021). 

The FIR has been lodged at Mumbai’s Khar Police station below Indian Penal Code Sections 188 and 269 following a complaint by the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC). As per reviews, a situation was also filed towards Sohail Khan’s son Nirvaan. 

They reportedly returned from Dubai (UAE) on December 25 and had been asked to continue to be in quarantine in a hotel but they went residence. They gave a false undertaking to quarantine themselves at Hotel Taj Lands Finish but went to their Bandra residence as an alternative.

Notably, people today flying in to India have to quarantine themselves for a time period of seven days. 

Not long ago, the police had also registered a situation below segment 188 of IPC and action was taken towards 34 people today together with well known faces like Suresh Raina, Guru Randhawa, Sussanne Khan for not following COVID-19 norms this kind of as social distancing reportedly.
